Crowds are set to soak up the summer vibes at Barshaw Gala Day with an afternoon packed full of exciting activities for all the family.
Taking place on Saturday 17th June, from 11am to 4pm, Barshaw Park will be a hive of activity as the local community comes together for one of the highlights on the calendar.
There will be a variety of stalls from local businesses, food traders and community groups, and of course, the gala day favourites of inflatables and funfair rides will keep everyone entertained.
Talented musicians and dancers will be taking to the live stage throughout the day.
Kids can keep active in the park with sport activities from Street Stuff and Paisley Rugby Football Club, and Circus Alba will be teaching circus skills.
Barshaw’s own miniature railway will be running and there will be a model boat competition on the newly refurbished pond from 11am – 1pm.
Renfrewshire’s Provost Lorraine Cameron said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming people from all over Renfrewshire to Barshaw Park to celebrate the start of summer.
“There’s a fantastic array of activities on offer so bring along your friends and family for a great day out!”
