The Anything Place, a FREE interactive play experience for children age 9 and under which will run in the centre of Paisley throughout the summer, has been introduced by PACE.

The Anything Place is an immersive space where children can play, create stories, explore and expand their imaginations. We are pleased to reveal an exciting programme of fun and creative sessions, including story-telling sessions, drama, movement, and music workshops, and daytime discos.

Digital backgrounds will create a series of changing virtual environments for the workshops featuring a variety of fun themes; the possibilities are limitless as you are transported to faraway places, creating exciting adventures in space, under the sea, in the jungle and more!

The programme of activities is completely free to take part in, although we recommend pre-booking as numbers are limited per session.

There are also classes for young people aged 5-12 with additional support needs; these fun and relaxed sessions will focus on building confidence through creative and sensory play.

Jenni Mason, Artistic Director of PACE said: “We are really excited to have created a magical, immersive arts experience for young people and their families to explore and enjoy together. The experience is designed to help build social and language skills, at the same time as inspiring little imaginations. We can’t wait to see everyone interact and create and play!”

The Anything Place is generously supported by Renfrewshire Council’s Culture, Heritage and Events Fund (CHEF), which seeks to harness the power of culture to make people’s lives better throughout Renfrewshire.
