Police Scotland are appealing for information following a wilful fire in Paisley.

The incident happened at around 11am on Wednesday at a premises on Fairway Avenue.

The fire was extinguished and there were no reports of any injuries.

Sergeant Johnny Mullan said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the fire to contact us.

“We also ask anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 1083 of Wednesday, 19 March, 2025. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
