Two men have been taken to hospital after being injured in a disturbance in Elderslie.

Police Scotland were called to a disturbance at the Renshaw Road area of Elderslie  on Sunday at around 7pm.

Officers confirmed two men, a 62-year-old and a 32-year-old, were taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7pm on Sunday, 29 September, 2024 we were called to reports of a disturbance in the Renshaw Road area of Elderslie.

“A 62-year-old man and a 32-year-old man were taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
