Following the recent official ribbon cutting by representatives from Taylor Wimpey’s local charity partner – Paul McIlvenny and Fabio Ramaglioni from the Include Me 2 Club – house hunters can now visit the exclusive show home at the housebuilder’s eagerly awaited Arthurlie Gate development in Barrhead.
Bringing the spacious and sophisticated Caledonian Collection homes to life the impressive Gordon show home features a light and airy garden room and four luxurious bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone.
Audrey Ross, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “The Caledonian Collection is our signature selection of spacious new homes, and our Arthurlie Gate development in Barrhead is our first development in East Renfrewshire to have them available for sale. These stylish new homes offer impressive spaces with modern living in mind to suit a wide range of buyers.
“We also don’t just build new homes; we support the communities where we build, each new home sold at Arthurlie Gate raises funds for the Include Me 2 Club who are our local charity partner who receives £25 per new home completed at the development. We are delighted that Paul and Fabio came along to officially launch the development for sale and cut the ribbon of our impressive show home.
“In time, along with contributions from our neighbouring Duncarnock development, this incredible local charity will receive £6,600 in donations from us.

It was a real pleasure for Fabio and I to officially open the new Arthurlie Gate show home and we made ourselves quite a home.
“The money we receive for the donations from the nearby Duncarnock development, as well as the new Arthurlie Gate development is put to work to help us deliver our range of projects to the local community in Barrhead. On behalf of everyone who uses our service in Barrhead, I would like to say a huge thank you.”
