Police Scotland has made an appeal for information following a suspicious fire in Paisley.
A silver coloured Mercedes-Benz A150, parked on Morven Avenue, was deliberately set on fire at around 1.50am on Sunday, 26th January, 2025.
No-one was injured and the fire was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
No other vehicles were damaged.
Officers confirmed they will be checking if any CCTV footage from in and around the area provides any additional information which could assist the investigation.
Detective Constable Jack McElwee said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious around the time of the incident. Did you notice anyone hanging around the area? If you have dash cam equipment, please check your footage as it may have captured images which could assist us. Any small piece of information could aid our inquiry so please do pass it on.
