About Janessa:
Janessa is a certified Yoga Instructor from Malaysia, with over two years of teaching experience, eight years of practice, and certifications in RYT-200 and Yoga for Healthcare Alliance. Her approach blends dynamic movement with restorative elements, offering tailored guidance to suit all levels. With a background in health psychology, Janessa integrates principles of behaviour change, motivation, and pain management into her teaching. Her classes emphasise inclusivity, mindfulness, and well-being, creating a supportive space where everyone can thrive and feel empowered.
