St Roch\u2019s Juniors have issued an important update as heavy rain continues to put this weekend\u2019s match against Crossgates Primrose at risk.<\/p>\n
After 24 hours of constant rainfall, a pitch inspection will take place at JMP at 9am on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n
Because of the growing fixture backlog, the club has been asked to have an all-weather venue on standby to ensure the match can go ahead if the pitch is unplayable. St Roch\u2019s are now actively looking for a suitable alternative venue for Saturday.<\/p>\n
The club has warned that if the match cannot be played this weekend, the rearranged tie is likely to be moved away from JMP. Competition rules allow a fixture to be switched from the original ground if it has been postponed twice.<\/p>\n
