Renfrew FC has sold 37 seats in its proposed new grandstand as fundraising continues to improve facilities at New Western Park.
The club launched the appeal several weeks ago to help provide at least 100 covered seats at the ground.
Following its recent SFA licence achievement, Renfrew FC expects to be able to apply for SFA Stadium Funding when applications open this month.
If the application is successful, the SFA could match the amount already raised by the club towards the grandstand project.
New stadium requirements mean clubs competing in the Lowland League West must provide additional covered areas for spectators, including at least 100 covered seats.
Renfrew FC Ladies are currently playing their SWFPL2 home matches in Clydebank because New Western Park does not have the required number of covered seats.
The club wants to ensure the ground can meet the requirements and remain available to all its teams and supporters.
A significant number of donations have already been received, while 37 dedicated seats have been sold.
Supporters can sponsor a seat in the proposed grandstand for £200. Donations of any amount can also be made.
The club is working with its affiliated clubs and community groups to help raise the remaining money.
Payments can be made directly to the Renfrew FC account using sort code 82-70-01 and account number 40267556. Donors should use “YOUR NAMESTAND” as the payment reference.
Anyone making a direct payment should email renfrew1912@hotmail.com with their name and the amount donated. This will allow the club to reserve the money for its Grandstand Fund.
