Rangers striker Youssef Chermiti has struck a personal double, claiming the William Hill Premiership of Player of the Month and William Hill Goal of the Month awards for February 2026.

The 21-year-old, who joined the Ibrox side from Everton in the summer of 2025, stepped up with big performances in key games in February.

His hat-trick helped seal a crucial three points for the Gers in a 4-2 victory over league leaders Hearts at Ibrox on Sunday February 15.

The big match performances then continued with the Portuguese frontman hitting a double in the March 1 derby draw with Celtic, which was originally scheduled among February’s fixtures before being moved for broadcast.

That game included a stunning opener from Chermiti, with his acrobatic bicycle kick also being voted February’s Goal of the Month.

His performances in February keep his side in the William Hill Premiership title hunt with Rangers presently in third, six points behind pace-setting Hearts and a point off second placed Celtic.

Accepting the award, Youssef said: “I am delighted to win this award.

“My first goal against Celtic is something that will live with me forever. As a striker you want to play and score in these games and thankfully, I have been able to do that several times this season.

“But I couldn’t have achieved anything without my team-mates and the staff here at Rangers who have helped me settle at the club.

“Now I want to repay them and the supporters by continuing to score goals and help us win matches.”
