St Mirren have revealed their new home kit for the 2026/27 season, paying tribute to the club’s legendary 1987 Scottish Cup-winning team.

The new black and white striped strip, produced by kit manufacturer Macron, draws inspiration from the jersey worn when Saints defeated Dundee United 1-0 after extra time at Hampden Park to lift the Scottish Cup for the third time in the club’s history.

With the 40th anniversary of that famous triumph approaching next year, the club has incorporated several commemorative details into the design.

Among them are the names of the 1987 cup-winning squad and manager Alex Smith printed inside the collar, while a Scottish Cup trophy motif also features on the back of the shirt.

The kit retains St Mirren’s traditional black and white stripes, with black trim on the collar and sleeves, while main sponsor Consilium Contracting Services remains prominently displayed on the front.

St Mirren said the Paisley-based family firm continues its support as main shirt sponsor and follows in the footsteps of Graham’s Buses, the only other Paisley-born, Paisley-based and Paisley-owned company to feature as the club’s principal shirt sponsor.

The new home kit is on sale now through the St Mirren club shop and online.
