Clydebank suffered a 6-1 defeat away to Celtic B as the second round of fixtures in the Scottish Lowland League West got under way on Tuesday night.
The hosts took the lead after 17 minutes when Luke Kennedy scored with a long-range effort beyond Leishman.
Rhys Dargie doubled Celtic B’s advantage three minutes later to give the home side a 2-0 lead at the break.
Clydebank made a change at half-time, with Nicky Low replacing Dom Docherty, but Celtic B extended their lead through Jude Clearie on 59 minutes.
Clearie added his second seven minutes later before Charlie Charlton made it 5-0 on 69 minutes.
Dargie completed his brace late on to score Celtic B’s sixth goal before Nicky Little curled home a stoppage-time free-kick to give Clydebank a late consolation.
The evening’s other Matchday 2 fixture saw Kilwinning Rangers continue their perfect start with a 4-2 victory away to Cumbernauld Colts.
James Semple gave the Colts an early lead before Martin MacKintosh levelled for the visitors. Aaron Fernie restored the home side’s advantage in the second half, but goals from Ross Wilson, who scored twice, and Carlo Monti secured all three points for Kilwinning Rangers.
The remaining Matchday 2 fixtures will be played on Wednesday 29th July.
Renfrew host Pollok at New Western Park in their second league match of the season.
Johnstone Burgh make their Scottish Lowland League West debut as they welcome Troon to Keanie Park for the club’s first match in the new competition.
Elsewhere, Gretna 2008 host Newton Stewart at Raydale Park, while Beith Juniors face Cumnock Juniors at Bellsdale Park.
