Kilwinning Rangers have confirmed a series of major departures, including chairman Colin Evans, manager Kevin Kelly and several key backroom staff.
In a statement, the club said Mr Evans has stepped down from his position with immediate effect after eight years in charge.
The Buffs paid tribute to his time at the club, describing him as a key figure who provided stability and leadership throughout his tenure.
During that period, he oversaw major developments including the construction of the Claire Hub and infrastructure work required to secure SFA licensing, which allowed the club to compete in the Scottish Cup.
Mr Evans will continue to oversee the building of the club’s seated stand until it is completed.
The club also thanked the wider Evans family for their support and involvement in various roles over the years.
The announcement comes alongside the departure of first-team manager Kevin Kelly and his coaching staff.
Club officials acknowledged this would be a concern for supporters and could create uncertainty, but urged fans to remain patient and trust the plans already in place.
Kilwinning Rangers also confirmed that secretary and media manager Ben Grant and treasurer Garry McLaughlan will be leaving their roles.
Both were thanked for their years of service, with the club saying they had worked tirelessly and deserved a well-earned rest.
Their successors have already been identified and will formally take over responsibilities in the coming weeks.
An interim board will now oversee the running of the club, with shareholders and Buffs Foundation members already notified of an AGM scheduled for early May.
For Saturday’s match, Ian Cashmore and Ben Lewis will take charge of first-team affairs, with the club describing both as highly respected figures.
There has also been speculation over the appointment of a new manager, but the club said no announcement will be made until any decision is fully confirmed.
The statement ended with a call for unity, urging supporters to get behind the team and avoid speculation as the club looks to move forward.
